The Quality Department is involved in the whole process from new product development to new supplier development (SQE), material sample acceptance (QE), material incoming inspection (IQC), first piece approval, process inspection (IPQC), finished product warehousing inspection (FQC), shipment inspection (OQC), customer service (CQS), etc. to carry out material manufacturer qualification, material recognition, material acceptance, product first approval and product quality control. It actively sets up a special quality improvement team to ensure that the process defect rate is reduced continuously on the basis of stable process quality.

According to the reliability test plan, the company's products are regularly sampled by the laboratory to carry out perfect reliability test. When deviation or abnormal data is found, feedback the test data to the design and development team for product reliability evaluation and optimization. In order to ensure the reliability of shipping product quality, at the time of shipment inspection, the company will still conduct sample reliability test. The batch of unqualified products sampled will be immediately isolated to avoid shipment and the delivery of products of suspicious quality to the customer.
